España, 1836-1936. Pensamiento, literatura y economía política. Este libro ofrece un riguroso análisis histórico desde el romanticismo al novecentismo, dando especial importancia al conocimiento del pensamiento filosófico como impulsor de la sociedad española, e invita a reflexionar, para aprender del pasado, sobre los efectos de la reciente historia contemporánea, anterior a la guerra civil española, atendiendo, en concreto, a sus dimensiones políticas y a sus elementos de Economía política, los cuales presidieron las sucesivas etapas históricas de España desde 1836 a 1936. Se trata de ofrecer elementos de juicio propios de realismo crítico, recurriendo a los escritos de autores teatrales y de novela cuando la creatividad filosófica desfallece.This book examines Spanish society from the Romantic period to the Novecentismo. In a rigorously historical approach, it privileges the study of philosophical thought as the driving force of Spanish society of this period. The book also considers the consequences of Spanish recent pre-civil war history, focusing on its political dimension and on its political-economic characteristics, which defined the period 1836-1936. This is expected to allow us to learn from the past. Evidence from critical realism will be provided, making reference to the works of playwrights and novelists when philosophical creativity decays.
